Shipping
We offer flat rate shipping of $10 anywhere in New Zealand.

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days of the order date. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details to follow your delivery.

If you choose Local Pickup at checkout, we’ll get in touch to arrange a pickup time. Please wait for confirmation before arriving.

Delays caused by the courier network or weather are outside our control, but we’ll update you if anything changes.

Returns
We accept returns on eligible products within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unopened

• Unused

• In original packaging

• In the same condition they were received

A proof of purchase is required for all returns.

If a return is approved, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If you believe your item is faulty or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can review the issue.
